Procure MRO supplies that keep a gigafactory producing low-carbon batteries.

What we are looking for

Our Industrial Purchasing team needs reinforcement: join us and become our next MRO Buyer to support the development of the Gigafactory in a rapidly growing industrial context. Are you passionate about industrial purchasing and you have solid experience in the MRO environment or in industry? We have an opportunity for you! We are looking for an MRO Spares Buyer for a permanent contract, ready to take on challenges and actively contribute to the sourcing of all spare parts necessary for Maintenance, Operations and Industrial Supplies activities. You will play a key role in the Source to Pay / Source to Contract process, ensuring safe, reliable, competitive and suitable solutions for the start-up of the new Gigafactory. If you are autonomous, rigorous and passionate about your field, you may be the person we are looking for.

Your main missions

  • Manage MRO sourcing projects in a fast-growing industrial environment
  • Actively participate in the MRO BOM List sourcing project in collaboration with Maintenance
  • Join a multidisciplinary task force and represent the Sourcing function
  • Lead Source to Contract activities: RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation, allocation
  • Lead commercial, technical and contractual negotiations
  • Guarantee, after allocation of articles, the quality and reliability of sourcing data
  • Manage sourcing data in the MRO BOM for the creation of PIRs
  • Contribute to the development of the panel of industrial supplies suppliers
  • Participate in the definition and evolution of purchasing category strategies, in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the improvement of purchasing processes, particularly through digitalization, essential given the volume processed
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, purchasing policy, as well as ISO and IATF 16949 standards

Your profile

  • Proven experience in industry: automotive, heavy industry, chemicals, energy, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO / spare parts sourcing
  • Solid knowledge of the MRO market and purchasing methods (distributors, manufacturers, specific designs)
  • Fluent English
  • Comfort with BOM management (mainly in Excel), MOQ, pricing, customs, Incoterms
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MRP – PIR)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects, manage dashboards and ensure reporting
  • Complete mastery of the Microsoft suite in complete autonomy
  • Collaborative, autonomous, reliable, energetic and results-oriented spirit
  • Comfortable in a rapidly accelerating industrial context
