DeepTechJobs.io provides a focused job-board and research interface for European deep-tech hiring.

• Candidates and visitors can browse roles, company profiles, domains, hiring locations, and market signals.

• Employers may request, submit, sponsor, boost, or update listings and company profiles where these features are available.

• The platform may include free listings, paid job postings, search boosts, featured placements, newsletter features, and subscription packages.

• Most job applications happen on the original employer website or applicant tracking system. DeepTechJobs.io is not the employer unless explicitly stated.

Job and company information may come from public employer websites, applicant tracking systems, submitted listings, curated datasets, and editorial review. We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but hiring data changes quickly.

• We do not guarantee that a role is still open, that all details are complete, or that salary, location, visa, remote, security-clearance, or seniority information is current.

• Apply links may lead to third-party websites with their own terms, privacy policies, application processes, and eligibility rules.

• Companies remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of job descriptions, employment terms, and hiring practices they publish or submit.

• We may edit, normalize, categorize, expire, remove, or reject listings to preserve quality, compliance, and relevance.

If you submit a job, company profile, correction, media asset, or other content, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, and that you have the necessary rights to provide it.

• Submitted content must not infringe third-party rights, violate confidentiality duties, mislead candidates, or contain unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful material.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, display, distribute, and archive the submitted content for operating and promoting DeepTechJobs.io.

• Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, featured placement, newsletter inclusion, or continued availability.

• We may request verification before publishing employer-submitted or commercially sensitive content.

DeepTechJobs.io may offer paid job posts, boosts, featured placements, newsletter features, subscriptions, and other employer services. Specific prices, durations, deliverables, and plan limits are shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in a separate written agreement.

• Unless stated otherwise, prices are net or gross as displayed at purchase and may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes.

• We may refuse or stop paid services for listings that are unlawful, misleading, outside the platform scope, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise unsuitable.

• If we cannot deliver a paid service as agreed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, replacement, extension, or refund depending on the circumstances.

• Paid visibility improves placement or distribution as described for the product, but it does not guarantee applications, hires, traffic, or commercial outcomes.

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain paid-service contracts within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to bernd@deeptechjobs.io.

If you ask us to begin performance during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportional amount for services already provided. The right of withdrawal may expire once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, where legally permitted.

You agree not to use the website to:

• Submit false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or rights-infringing information.

• Impersonate an employer, candidate, company representative, or other person.

• Attempt to access admin areas, APIs, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.

• Interfere with site security, rate limits, scraping controls, consent mechanisms, or availability.

• Use bots, crawlers, bulk scraping, automated extraction, or dataset replication without our prior written consent, except for normal search-engine indexing that respects applicable technical controls.

• Use content from the website to build a competing database or service without permission.

The website design, interface, original editorial content, code, datasets compiled by us, taxonomies, and branding are protected by copyright, database, trademark, and other laws where applicable.

Third-party company names, logos, trademarks, job descriptions, and linked career-page content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on DeepTechJobs.io does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

DeepTechJobs.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, or timeliness of third-party job listings, company data, compensation estimates, links, maps, or external services.

The website contains links to third-party employer websites, applicant tracking systems, map providers, and other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, application processes, employment decisions, privacy practices, security, or availability.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the website or any feature at any time. We may also expire, archive, remove, or update listings and company profiles as part of normal job-board operations.

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the competent court in Graz, Austria.

EU consumers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as legally possible to the economic purpose of the original provision.
