In this context, Verkor is recruiting its future maintenance, reliability and methods engineers for the Bourbourg site. Proactive, experienced or in first experience, you are attached to the Methods, Reliability and Maintenance team of the site and provide support to the maintenance managers of the different units. You will have to carry out improvement and reliability missions. In the construction and testing phase, you will adopt postures for understanding and integrating equipment, operational support for troubleshooting, implementing quick wins, as well as deploying maintenance tools and methods (instructions, maintenance plans, monitoring, etc.). In the ramp-up and production phase, you will lead improvement and reliability activities using more structured tools.

Your missions

  • Take ownership of the equipment in your area in conjunction with area managers and teams (equipment, manufacturer documentation, etc.).
  • Provide support to operational maintenance teams in resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in the development of maintenance strategies.
  • Participate in the preparation and updating of the maintenance documentation necessary for proper management of activities (operating modes, procedures, etc.).

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Maintenance Excellence principles, in collaboration with other maintenance stakeholders (standards, visual management, problem solving techniques, fault analysis, 5S, poka-yoke, CBM, etc.).
  • Carry out maintenance methods and reliability activities on the area or dedicated equipment, with the aim of controlling and improving the safety of people and equipment, technical performance and costs.

  • Lead and participate in interdisciplinary continuous improvement working groups in order to optimize the life cycle of equipment, their efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
  • Participate in the development and support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure equipment compliance with local safety regulations, particularly for machinery.
  • Participate in the implementation and operation of predictive maintenance 4.0 solutions.
  • Consolidate, monitor, analyze and improve key maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, preventive completion rate).
  • Carry out analyzes and actions to improve your area (Pareto, 5 whys, RPP, TMP, FMEA, etc.).

You will report hierarchically to the Module Maintenance Manager.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bac+5 diploma (engineer or master) in industrial engineering, generalist or with a focus on mechanical and/or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance (ideally in the field of special industrial machines) and/or maintenance methods.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good basics in CMMS.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose appropriate technical solutions.

  • Mastery of maintenance tools and methods (cause analysis, FMEA, criticality, etc.).
