HR Support H/F

As part of the development of our Gigafactory located in Bourbourg, Verkor is recruiting a local HR (M/F) on a fixed-term contract to support teams in the field and manage HR processes. Your main missions: As local HR, you will be a key player in supporting our teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Operational HR support

• Be the HR relay for the teams in the dedicated sector and ensure fluid communication with the various contacts.
• Deploy and ensure compliance with HR rules and processes defined at group level.
• Support managers in their daily HR responsibilities.
• Respond to HR issues in the field and propose appropriate solutions.

Employee monitoring and skills development

• Ensure individualized monitoring of employees in the sector and report specific situations.
• Participate in the monitoring and implementation of the department's skills development plan.

Management of HR tools and reporting

• Effectively use the HR tools made available for administrative and operational management.
• Produce and manage regular reporting of your activity to the HR Department.
• Manage HR processes by providing precise and relevant indicators (dashboards, department VDM, HR VDM).

Security and compliance

• Respect and ensure the application of safety instructions within the sector.

Profile sought

Training: From Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Human Resources Experience: You have significant experience in operational HR, acquired in an industrial environment Skills: You master HR tools and demonstrate excellent listening and analytical skills. Recognized for your team spirit, your rigor and your sense of initiative, you evolve with ease in a multicultural environment. You know how to manage priorities, deal with emergencies effectively and work independently. Languages: Fluency in English is essential (minimum B2 level).
