Key Responsibilities Monitoring delivery schedules and maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers. Gathering information required to support procurement and contracting processes. Tracking and overseeing purchase orders, deliveries, and payment statuses. Following up with suppliers, escalating issues when necessary, and coordinating corrective actions. Providing administrative support for procurement activities, including preparing and maintaining basic documentation (e.g., NDAs). Supporting and managing activities related to the Request for Quotation process. Ensuring effective information flow between suppliers and internal teams. Supporting the team with day-to-day operational and organizational activities. Requirements: University degree. At least 2 years of professional experience as a Buyer, in a Procurement/Purchasing Section, or in a similar role. Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international suppliers and business partners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in conducting phone conversations and building relationships with business partners and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and structured processes. Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work in accordance with established procedures. Determination, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset. Negotiation skills and the ability to effectively pursue business objectives. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Experience in creating, maintaining, and managing documentation with a high level of accuracy and completeness. Nice to Have: General technical awareness and a willingness to develop knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Basic understanding of machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, CMM measurements) and surface finishing technologies. Experience in procurement, logistics, B2B customer service, or a similar role involving cooperation with suppliers and customers. Professional or academic experience in the aerospace or space industry. An interest in aerospace, space technologies, or advanced engineering and manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
