Design learning programs that upskill a workforce building Europe's low-carbon battery manufacturing.

What we are looking for

As part of the development of our training activities, we are looking for our future Intern to support the Learning & Development team for a period of 4 to 6 months in the structuring, deployment and monitoring of our training systems. This internship will allow you to evolve in the heart of an innovative industrial environment and to actively contribute to the skills development of our employees. If you are autonomous, organized and passionate about your field, you may be the person we are looking for

Your main missions

  • Participate in the deployment of the new training management tool (trainers and employees) and support change (communication, supports, training).
  • Contribute to the development of the LMS: creation of automated reports and dashboards to facilitate L&D management.
  • Provide administrative support for training: recording attendance, management and planning of sessions.
  • Participate in monitoring the skills development plan and analyzing training needs.
  • Help with the deployment of DOJOs and Frescoes within the Gigafactory.
  • Contribute to the writing and updating of L&D processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and update Learning & Development KPIs.
  • Participate occasionally in forums for students or job seekers in order to present training systems.

Your profile

  • Student in Human Resources, Training Engineering, HR Development, or similar field.
  • Digital comfort and desire to work with LMS / reporting tools.
  • Organization, autonomy, rigor and good sense of service.
  • Good relational skills
