We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesFinance Management & Business PartneringLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Indian officeProvide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-makingMonitor financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend actions to accelerate growthPartner with local leadership and global teams to align business strategies for growth and expansionOversee local statutory reporting and manage the local accounting officeAccounting & Compliance OversightSupport group accounting and drive local complianceEnsure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingMaintain compliance with Indian GAAP (Ind AS), tax regulations, and statutory requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authoritiesRegulatory & Tax ManagementManage corporate income tax filings, advance tax schedules, and all withholding tax (TDS) obligations — including Form 24Q for salary TDS, TDS on vendor payments, and Section 195 TDS on remittances to ICEYEOwn end-to-end GST compliance: monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, reconciliations, and annual GSTR-9 returnStay up to date with changes in Indian financial regulations and ensure ongoing complianceSupport transfer pricing compliance including annual TP documentation, Form 3CEB filing, and accountant's report under Section 92E; manage intercompany billing with ICEYE OY, management fees, and secondment costsSupport the Company Secretary (internal or external) on all MCA / Registrar of Companies compliance obligationsTeam & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the key point of contact for all finance-related matters in IndiaCollaborate cross-functionally with global finance, operations, sales, and legal teamsWhat we're looking forMust haves:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification12+ years of relevant finance experienceStrong knowledge of Indian GAAP (Ind AS), IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirementsProven ability to translate financial data into strategic insightsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, international environmentFluent in EnglishNice to haves:Experience working in a multinational or scale-up environmentFamiliarity with transfer pricing and intercompany billing in an international group contextHindi language skillsApplication ProcessTalent Attraction Partner InterviewHiring Manager interviewFocus interviewFinal interview with CFOWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you'll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
