Manager Qualité UAP H/F

Thanks to this installation, our ambition is an annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles per year. About the position

• We are currently looking for our future UAP Quality Manager within our evolving quality team in our Gigafactory located in Bourbourg.
• As a member of the site quality performance team, you will contribute to the excellence of cell and module operations.
• As a member of the Verkor quality team, you will act as Production Quality Manager and participate in management meetings, develop quality objectives and contribute to the review of the quality management system on an ongoing basis.

Your main missions are

• Guarantor of the efficiency of product quality control operations
• Guarantor of compliance with the quality control plan
• Guarantor of the conformity of products and processes within its scope
• Implement perimeter control plans
• Define the means necessary to carry out the activities within its scope
• Monitor and analyze activity indicators
• Define and implement the necessary corrective action plans
• Represent the service to stakeholders
• Supervise supplier quality within its scope
• Manage the continuous improvement of its scope
• Supervise and lead a UAP quality team
• Collaborate with production, methods, processes, maintenance and IT services teams
• Ensure interface with all stakeholders within its scope
• Apply and enforce safety instructions and the wearing of PPE
• Guarantor of the employer brand for new arrivals
• Lead working groups (e.g.: continuous improvement)

Prerequisites

• You have at least 8 years of experience in quality and customer satisfaction in an industrial environment, including managerial responsibilities

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, control tools, processes and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and oral)​.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Strong adaptability and ease in multicultural environments.
• Analytical mind, sense of initiative and great proactivity.
