Responsibilities Define and implement commercial strategies with current and potential clients both in the Industry sector (distributors and system integrators) and in the Research sector (Universities, Research Centers, and corporate R&D Departments), aiming to ensure the commercial development of the company's portfolio in the Industrial Robotics and Automation sector. Identify and develop new markets, gather information, and analyze clients to understand their needs. Monitor commercial activities in synergy with the marketing team, contributing to the definition of the annual marketing budget and supporting initiatives aimed at maximizing the value of the company's products and customer experience. Actively participate in the launch of new products and/or campaigns. Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) in Engineering or related technical disciplines. Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial roles, preferably in the Robotics and Automation sector. Knowledge of international markets and ability to develop, monitor, and close sales opportunity pipelines using CRM. Excellent command of the English language. Availability for international travel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, proactivity, adaptability, and negotiation skills. Compensation and contract type will be determined based on the expertise and seniority of the candidate.
