About the position

We are looking for a Digital ERP Engineer responsible for collecting, challenging and managing needs in order to align the ERP system with business requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the SAP S/4 Public Cloud solution for Supply Chain functions. The scope will be defined according to your expertise, with contribution expected in at least two of the following areas: purchasing, production planning, logistics/warehousing, sales and deliveries. As a single point of contact within your scope for business needs and developments, you will play a key role in optimizing and simplifying Supply Chain processes, taking full advantage of the capabilities of S/4 Public Cloud.

Main missions

• Guarantee the proper use and efficiency of Supply Chain processes in the ERP solution

• Coordinate the analysis of functional needs based on the use cases of the Business Process Owners

• Carry out digital mapping of processes on your perimeter

• Configure and configure the SAP S/4HANA solutionProvide level 2 support, support key users and write operating procedures

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

• Provide rigorous support to key users in their operational activities

• Develop SAP S/4HANA functional expertise and identify ERP best practices

• Collaborate with digital project managers to define and secure interfaces with other IT systems (WCS, MES, PLM, LIMS, etc.)

• Manage test and training plans with business usersEvaluate change management needs, in particular the adequacy of organization/process in the ERP

• Monitor the solution roadmap and future functional developments

• Monitor post-deployment activities and analyze system performance

Prerequisites

• Minimum Bac+5 training in IT, information systems or equivalent field

• Experience of at least 5 years in ERP deployment and/or continuous improvement, with expertise in at least two Supply Chain areas (purchasing, planning, logistics, sales/deliveries) Mastery of ERP configuration, systems integration and data management

• Solid experience on SAP (specific configuration and developments)

• Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes in an industrial environment

• Project management skills and mastery of IT best practices (Agile, testing, build, operation)

• Familiarity with systems connected to ERP (MES, PLM, etc.) and notions of data analytics

• Fluent English essential

• Analytical mind, sense of service and ability to transform business needs into concrete solutions
