Manager IT Data Integration & Platforms Job PurposeThe Manager IT Data Integration & Platforms is responsible for managing and optimising enterprise data platforms, API integrations, and technical data flows across the organisation with a particular focus on Pharma operations. The role ensures that data is secure, reliable, compliant, and easily accessible to support business operations, analytics, and regulatory requirements.This role acts as a key bridge between IT and business teams, enabling scalable, well-governed data integrations across internal systems and external partners. Your profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in data integration, data platforms, and/or enterprise application integration roles
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and cloud data platforms
• Hands-on experience managing integrations with CROs, speciality distributors or other pharma commercial ecosystems partners is a plus
• Strong experience with Azure data and integration services
• Strong experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
• Solid background in databases and data platforms (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint)
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and metadata management
• Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements in life sciences or similar industries (e.g. HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, GxP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across IT and business teams
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with a strong ownership mentality
